Withdrawal

1. When registering for the event, an Athlete may choose the “withdrawal insurance” option. This option entitles the Athlete to a 100% refund of the paid entry fee in the event of withdrawal within the timeframe and manner specified in point 3 below (and a 50% refund between 15.07.2026 and 31.07.2026). The refund covers only the entry fee paid, and does not cover fees for services, products, or additional options (including the “withdrawal insurance” option) purchased during registration.
2. The fee for the “withdrawal insurance” option (for the IM and 1/2IM distances) is PLN 70. For the SPRINT distance, the “insurance” fee is PLN 50. It will be added to the entry fee generated during registration and should be paid together with it to the Organizer’s account.
3. The intention to withdraw must be reported to the Organizer via the form below no later than 31.07.2026. Between 15.07.2026 and 31.07.2026, the refund amount will be 50% of the entry fee. Confirmation of a timely withdrawal notice will be an automatic reply email sent to the address provided by the Athlete in the withdrawal form.
4. After the deadlines specified in point 3, any withdrawal will not entitle the Athlete to a refund of the entry fee.
5. If the Athlete exercises the right to change personal details or change distance, the “withdrawal insurance” option remains valid for the changed distance or the person to whom the entry fee was transferred.
6. It is not possible to choose the “withdrawal insurance” option after registration and payment of the entry fee have been completed.
