Change of distance / participant’s data

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we have decided to change the rules of making changes to your registration – either when you wish to modify a distance on which you plan to compete, or when you want to change the registrant’s personal data (i.e. transfer your registration to another person).

Therefore, all athletes registered for the Ocean Lava Triathlon Poland 2020 can now:

transfer their registration to another participant (free of charge);
change a distance on which they will race (free of handling fee and with no need to pay a difference between the price of the starting fee from the day of registration and the current price);
if you wish to change the distance from a shorter to a longer one, you will need to pay a difference between the prices of the starting fees on the day of your original registration.

If, due to legal constraints, you do not have a possibility to travel to Poland, please also contact us via the above email.

ATTENTION: it is not possible to cancel your participation and get a refund (unless you have purchased the cancellation insurance) or to transfer it to 2021. In this case, if you really do not race in August, it is recommended that you make use of the aforementioned options and find another person who will take over your registration.
